Since that night he put Sheamus on the throne, I've always sort of thought of this anonymous GM as Triple H. I don't think we'll get GM Trips for long once he does make his return, but I just feel that will be the reveal. Triple H comes out to a monster pop, reveals himself to Sheamus, denounces his position as GM, and THEN we get a Michael Cole or Abraham Washington taking over.

I'd have to guess it would be HHH as well. With this kind of lead in, it shouldn't be an Abraham Washington (people may not remember him), and I highly doubt that the WWE have someone ridiculous up their sleeve (Rock). The only guy whose feasible and would provide an "Oh Shit" moment would be HHH, and it would make perfect sense in the context of Sheamus and other heels hating on the GM.

So far they've all been held around here, yeah. Either Rahway (which is like 10 minutes from me, where it was Saturday) or Union City (a little farther, probably a 20 minute drive).

I'm pretty much willing to go as far as Philly to see EVOLVE at this point (two hour drive). They'll probably run the Arena eventually.

Did anyone else notice the piece of paper Michael Cole was reading off a couple off weeks back? It was sitting on the laptop keyboard and was quite clear to see. Obviously I never believed he was actually getting emails, but I did think good way to kill an angle with poor camera placement.

Matt Hardy is strongly hinting on Twitter that he’s headed to TNA Wrestling. A fan asked him if there was any chance he’d team up again with his brother Jeff to re-form The Hardy Boyz. Matt replied:

There are all sorts of rumors out there on the Hardy situation. WWE sources say he’s been ‘unfit to perform’ backstage at WWE live events and has been sent home several times by WWE management. He was also absent from this week’s SD! tapings in Detroit and was not backstage at the event. The video he posted on YouTube.com should tell you something is obviously not right. The glossy eyes and sound of his voice are a serious clue. We’re working on a report on Matt Hardy’s WWE contract and when it expires so stay tuned for that

There is heat on D'Angelo Dinero among some individuals in TNA Wrestling, reports the Pro Wrestling Torch.

According to sources within WWE, one of the reasons he was let go from the company two years ago was because many felt he let his push on the ECW brand get to his head. He was known to refer to himself in third person as "The Black Pope" once he achieved notoriety and it rubbed some people the wrong way. He has been exhibiting similar behavior in TNA as of late, which has some of his colleagues complaining. He didn't do himself any favors by veering off script and cutting a 15 minute promo at a recent live event. Producer D-Lo Brown scolded him afterwards, with a number of wrestlers rolling their eyes at Dinero.

"The Pope" has also developed a reputation for making himself look good at the expense of his opponents.

World Wrestling Entertainment has retired the WWE Women’s Championship, which lineage dates back to 1956. It was the oldest active professional wrestling championship in company history. WWE is continuing the title lineage of the Divas Championship with the Unified belt. Layla is the last recognized Women’s Champion.

Beth Phoenix, a three-time Women’s Champion, expressed her disappointment in WWE’s decision to put the title to pasture.

“It saddens me to see the historic Women’s Title moved into retirement, but I am so grateful to have had the honor of holding it,” she wrote on Twitter. “My sights remain on the Unified Diva’s Championship.”

Meanwhile, former WWE star Mickie James, a five-time holder of the belt, released an emotional statement on Twitter concerning its retirement.

“The retirement of the Women’s Championship breaks my heart,” she wrote. “The nostalgia and the legacy built off the backs of every woman who paved the way for women like me… Who gave it credibility… Honor… Prestige… & Truth! For every woman who’s carried the championship through the generations… Who know the power & history you feel in holding it high above your head.. That can never be replaced by anything in my mind… In my heart… I am truly honored and forever grateful to be among the women who have graced its presence… Thank you…”

Wow, well that's pretty stupid. I'm not a fan of retiring the Women's Championship. :-\

Also, I thought the rules of a unification match was that the champion that won would keep their belt and remain champion of their respective championship, whilst the loser's championship would be unified with the winners championship and then not be seen again?

So I was expecting never to see the Diva's Championship again after Night Of Champions.

– With the move to SyFy, WWE will be putting a lot more attention on the show creatively. Talents are expected to change brands, and with the show being on an NBC Universal network, WWE now sees the show as on the same level as RAW.

Unless Smackdown goes Live every week, then it will always be the less dominant and uninteresting show. Taped shows are a turn off to WWE fans.
