The recent rumors about Daniel Bryan being taken out of the main event reek of disgruntled IWC mutant bullshit.

I don't think WWE is stupid enough to not see that buy rates are probably down because every PPV has ended in a screw job finish, the last few months. The Battleground finish in particular, would make me not want to purchase the next PPV, if I was the sort of person who purchases PPVs.

Enzo Amore, who has been one of the most interesting and entertaining promos on WWE NXT, is out of action for at least six months with a broken leg.

Scott Dawson, who has a really good "tough redneck" character and really reminded me of Jamie Noble, disappeared off NXT TV in recent weeks. In asking around over the weekend, I was told he's out with a torn ACL.

We've also received questions about whether Judas Devlin has been released. That is not the case. He's been out of action for a long time due to a spinal injury, but he's still under contract to the company.

Love Tyson Kidd. The success of CM Punk and Daniel Bryan makes me hope he can make it to a higher level in WWE, but he needs to somehow set himself apart and put something unique together. Since they're using Dolph Ziggler to put people over these days, I wouldn't be opposed to a completely random Tyson Kidd vs. Dolph Ziggler match being added to Survivor Series, where Kidd gets a clean victory over a former World Heavyweight Champion and starts trending in the right direction.

Internal reports from the current WWE European tour note that John Cena was really hurting after having to wrestle every night, just a short time after returning to the ring before his body could fully heal.


As noted, there was a major internal shake-up at WWE headquarters recently. Both of Triple H's top assistants, Peter Leone and Randy Helms, were let go. Nobody seems to know why they were released yet but Leone was Triple H's number one confidante in the company, to the point where he was either always on the phone with him or traveling with him. Leone was responsible for making all of Triple H's travel arrangements, scheduling his meetings and events plus handling security. Helms' main role was to coordinate the schedules for Triple H and Vince McMahon.

Jane Geddes, who formerly worked as the Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Relations, is now Triple H's key assistant. Replacing Geddes as Senior VP and Head of Talent Relations is Sean Clearly, who was promoted from Senior Vice President of Human Resources. It's said that Clearly has zero knowledge of the product and is the good-looking typical younger executive type that WWE likes to hire.

Ricardo Rodriguez has reportedly been doing some agent work backstage for WWE.

All of the missed perks were phone-related. I think the fans who were denied phone calls from Jake or Scott should compare their area codes and see if any stack up as way more frequent than others.

Because area codes are assigned to have roughly the same population in each, this could mean Hall and Roberts' telephone providers are incompatible with those area codes. Not every cell provider covers the entire U.S., you know?

Word has it that February 2014 is the projected launch date. During the last quarterly conference call they did not announce the launch date, but it is widely believed that they are pursuing that date. This will further that rumor.
