Wow was literally coming in here to post the same thing. Really don't feel too pumped for this card. The tag match, battle royal and diva's match are all pretty much clusterfucks for the sake of getting people on the card, whilst the real spotlight is more-or-less on the same part-timers as the last ten years.

But yeah, overall the card doesn't seem all that impressive. :-\

Especially for the 30th Anniversary, Wrestlemania doesn't really feel that "big" either. I remember building up to Wrestlemania 20, and even 25, feeling like these were going to be the absolute biggest wrestling shows on Earth.

This year's wrestlemania card doesn't feel like a mania card.

Yeah. Especially coming off of how epic the Cena-Rock matches felt and how stacked the last couple cards have been. They came off as matches that just COULD NOT happen anywhere but WrestleMania. To the point where one of them was booked a year in advance FFS.

Now we've got a main event where the exact participants are so inconsequential that the match won't even be booked until the show itself. lol

As for the rest of the card, I'm interested in the battle royal but it's nothing that you couldn't see on a random episode of Smackdown or Raw. The prestige of a trophy just because it has a legendary wrestler's name in it can only carry it so far.

The Outlaws and Kane at this point are so far below the major matches that The Shield (more specifically Reigns) seemed destined for at WrestleMania. Another match that seems like something that would just be a Raw main event designed to put The Shield over BEFORE a WrestleMania match.

Divas match should be a fine relatively quick clusterfuck but is obviously not gonna make WrestleMania feel any less like random PPV.

Taker's streak is always a sure thing to add a major feel to the show and the match should be good despite being predictable. Cena vs. Wyatt has been built up fine too over the past couple weeks. Outside of that though, it feels like they're relying on the "WrestleMania" name and the fact that they don't really need people to pay for it now so they can treat it more like a middle of the year PPV. I hope this doesn't become a yearly thing. WrestleMania was the one relatively sure thing during the year where they would put effort into the build from top to bottom.

A girl I was pursuing a few years ago has suddenly got back in touch with me after around a year or so of no contact.

We did the using catching up stuff then she tells me that she's into wrestling now. When we used to talk, she would always say how "goofy" and "stupid" my wrestling interest was. So far I've found out that she's a huge Daniel Bryan fan and that she has his T-Shirts and so on, and that she thinks Seth Rollins is hot. A girl I was pursuing a few years ago has suddenly got back in touch with me after around a year or so of no contact.

We did the using catching up stuff then she tells me that she's into wrestling now. When we used to talk, she would always say how "goofy" and "stupid" my wrestling interest was. So far I've found out that she's a huge Daniel Bryan fan and that she has his T-Shirts and so on, and that she thinks Seth Rollins is hot. She said she began watching around SummerSlam last year, so that probably explains her liking of Daniel Bryan.

I didnt know that the ringposts for last years WM blew out 90 degree hot air from holes pointed inside the ring so that no matter what the temperature was outside, the temperature inside the ring would be 70+. Sources have confirmed that the decision to induct Razor Ramon this year is because of the plans for an nWo induction where Scott Hall would be inducted under that name. The idea of inducting Diesel and later inducting him as Kevin Nash has also been proposed.

There are people within WWE who believe that Brock Lesnar should have been booked differently and as more of a threat to The Undertaker, since the only point Lesnar did anything to Taker was the go-home angle on RAW this week, and that was still a sneak up from behind distraction with the announcers calling Lesnar a coward. The original feud between Taker and Lesnar that was talked about in 2010 had Taker proposing that Lesnar beat him to end The Streak, although that was never seriously considered, thinking it would be the right thing for business. Feelings on The Streak have obviously changed since then. Vince McMahon made the decision that in the build for this match, Taker never gets touched. He was smart enough to change that rule for the final build this week on RAW.

As noted, Paul Heyman spoke with Billy Donnelly of ThisIsInfamous.com to promote WWE's WrestleMania XXX. Heyman was asked if there are any new "Paul Heyman Guys" that are ready to break out. Heyman said he's already signed a new "Paul Heyman Guy" but wouldn't give any more details and seemed like he may have just been teasing. Heyman was asked if their identity will remain quiet. Heyman replied: "Oh no! We're going to broadcast his identity and we're going to publicize and promote it and present it and market it and make as big a splash as humanly possible regarding this new Paul Heyman guy."

Rey Mysterio's WWE contract expires later this month and while there hasn't been a new deal signed yet, it's expected. Word is that they're looking at a deal where Rey would wrestle limited dates and spend more time as a brand ambassador for Latin America, which is really what he's been doing lately anyway.

WWE is looking at streaming their international live events from tours on the WWE Network in the future.

Now that is something I've always wanted. An actual physical WWE shop. One you can walk into, have a look around and see the merchandise right in front of you before you buy it.

I would love for that to exist. Even if there were only a small few. Maybe three in America, with ones being in New York, Orlando and Los Angeles respectively. Then ones in some major cities of major countries, such as Toronto, London, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney and so on.

I would probably travel to London just for that.

Watching Triple H in WCW 20 years ago. Who'd have imagine in their wildest dreams that he would end up close to running one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world? It's insane to think about. 20 years from now, a guy like Zack Ryder or Trent Barretta or anyone could find themselves in a similar position.
